Secuirty Deposit is 1 & 1/2 months' rent (payment must be in the form of a bank certified check, money order or cash - no personal checks will be accepted for the Security Deposit) due before moving in along with first month's rent when you are given the keys on move-in day. If Security Deposit is not received within 21 days of your move-in date, you will forfeit the apartment and it will go back on the market.
